Do Not Drink … Play!
Tuesday, 15. December 2015
If you enjoy a cocktail ever so often, keep your cash out of the casino if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, charge cards and checks out of the casino. Grab only the money you anticipate to use on alcohol, tipping and few dollars you intend to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You might have a win following a intoxicated night out with your buddies and be lucky enough to catch a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that adventure seeing that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink and wager. These activities simply don’t mix.
Leaving your moola at home is a little bit excessive, but preventative measures for excessive behavior is necessary. If you play to win, then do not drink alcohol and gamble. If you are able to afford to throw away your cash without a concern, then drink all the complimentary beer your stomach are able to handle, but don’t take credit cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your dead drunk brain throws away all the cash!
Permit me to carry this a single step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the internet to gamble in your best-liked internet casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my domicile, but seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can not drink alcohol and gamble.
Why? Even though I don’t drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s absolutely sufficient to befuddle my better judgment. I bet, so I don’t drink alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not wager when you do. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and costly, drink.
