Don’t Drink … Gamble!
Wednesday, 8. March 2023
If you enjoy a beverage occasionally, keep your money out of the casino if you set out to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your handbag, your wallet, and leave all cash, credit cards and chequebooks at home. Only take only the money you anticipate to use on refreshments, tipping and few dollars you anticipate to lose and leave the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Not at all. Realistic more like. You might experience a profit following a drunken night out with your acquaintances and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a hot craps table. Keep that story seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and gamble. The two just do not mix.
Leaving your moolah back at the hotel is a bit drastic, but precautionary actions for excessive behavior is necessary. If you gamble to win, then do not drink and gamble. If you like to blow your assets without a concern, then drink all the free alcohol you are able to handle, but do not pack plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your dead drunk self throws away every little thing!
Let me to carry this a single step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then go on the internet to gamble in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my apartment, but because I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and gamble.
Why? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it’s clearly adequate to cloud my common sense. I wager, so I don’t drink alcohol when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not bet when you do. When mixed, both create a decimating, and costly, cocktail.
